ENTROPY LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Pushelper service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with the Service.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- visitors to our websites and administrative interfaces;

In many cases, our business customers decide what subscriber data is collected through their own websites and how it is used. In those cases, the customer may act as the data controller and we may act as a service provider or processor on the customer's behalf.

- messenger/contact details;
- login credentials and password hashes;
- billing-related account identifiers;
- account status, approval status, and role information.

- rate-limit and system event data;
- configuration-related metadata needed to operate the Service.
2.3 Subscriber and Campaign Data Processed Through the Service
When customers use the Service, we may process data such as:
- browser push subscription endpoint;
- push subscription cryptographic keys;
- timezone information;
- tag associations;
- message delivery logs;
- unsubscribe/inactive endpoint status;
- message content, URLs, images, and campaign metadata uploaded by customers.
2.4 Payment and Billing Data
We may receive billing-related information from payment providers, including subscription status, payment timestamps, order identifiers, customer identifiers, and subscription identifiers. We do not necessarily store full payment card details directly.
3. How We Use Data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- authenticate users and manage accounts;
- process registrations, approvals, and billing status;
- create and maintain push subscription records;
- route, queue, and deliver push notifications;
- generate reports, logs, and operational metrics;

- communicate with customers about the Service, support, billing, or legal matters.
4. Legal Bases for Processing

5. Customer-Controlled Data and Roles
For subscriber data collected through customer websites, the customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing. In those cases:
- the customer is generally the controller; and
- ENTROPY LLC is generally the processor or service provider.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required notices, consents, and permissions from end users.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose data:
- to infrastructure, hosting, security, and software vendors who help operate the Service;
- to payment providers and billing processors;
- to analytics, security, or communications service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Service;
- when required by law, court order, or lawful governmental request;
- to protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Provider, customers, end users, or others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal data in exchange for money in the ordinary course of providing the Service.

Where we process data on behalf of a customer, requests relating to subscriber data may need to be directed to that customer as the relevant controller.

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer the Service to children.
13. Third-Party Services

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective as of the stated effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, where permitted by law.
